RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You can return the products within 28 days of delivery, for full information on what is returnable please check our restriction section. The product & packaging must be in new condition unless the product is faulty (packaging is still required for faulty products). If the product or packaging is ruined or used the product shall not be exchanged or credited. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Solotica will make a credit or an exchange of eligible returns, please email us on returns@soloticaofficial.co.uk for an exchange or a credit. please include your contact details & a brief description of your case.

Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

You can return Accessories & Contact Lenses within 28 days of delivery, if un-opened.

The product & packaging must be in new condition.

Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.

Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Sender will have to pay return postage, if you are exchanging you will have to pay a double postage fee.

 

Restrictions

 

Orders made with PayPal must be returned to our warehouse by post and not taken into store.

 

We’re unable to accept returns on the following items unless faulty or not as described:

Unfortunately, if any of the above are returned, we are unable to offer a refund and the items will not be returned.

 

Cancelling your order

 

We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order before its dispatched, please email us on returns@soloticaofficial.co.uk

 

Returns by Post

You can return goods to us via the Post Office to:

The parcel should contain:

  1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
  2. Your original delivery notes with the returns section fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

You will need to pay for the postage. We will also refund your delivery charge if you are an EU customer cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (see below).

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least three days for your goods to reach us.

Your Consumer Right of Return and Refund:

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Regulations”) during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep goods, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

However, for reasons of health, hygiene, safety and copyright this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:

  • pierced earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, hats, hair accessories & contact lenses.
  • any goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

Your legal right to cancel a contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the contract then depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered, as set out in the table below:
